Lawrence A. "Larry"  Roark
DRACUT, MA - Lawrence A. "Larry" Roark, 65, formerly of Dracut, died peacefully, Tuesday, January 8th, at the Harrison Medical Center in Bremerton, WA.

Larry was born in Lowell on August 1, 1953, a son of Miriam A. (Roark) Provencher and the late Edward T. Roark and step son of Joseph D. Provencher. He was a graduate of Dracut High School. He was in the US Marines and served his country proudly.

Larry was a gifted carpenter. He was partners in the 4 U Vinyl Siding Co. in Dracut, MA for several years and went on to be a master carpenter at Bonnet, Page & Stone in Laconia, NH.

In his free time, Larry enjoyed traveling. He lived in Florida, Colorado, and had recently moved to Bremerton, WA.

In addition to his mother and his stepfather, Larry is survived by his two children, Meagan and her husband Todd Miller of Salisbury, NH, Kevin and his wife Brenna Roark of Concord, NH , and his grandchildren, Chloe and Mason Miller; His siblings, Colleen and her husband Richard Foley of Dracut, Dorreen and her husband William Reifschneider of Bremerton, WA, Wayne F. and his wife Cathy Roark of Sanbornton, NH, Kathleen Roark of Dracut, Justin and his wife Michelle Roark of Myrtle Beach, SC, Timothy and his wife Suzanne Roark of Hudson, NH, Darlene and her husband John Farren, and Jonathan Roark all of Dracut; Also many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.

He was predeceased by his brother, Edward T. Roark, Jr. and sister, Eileen Mullin.

ARRANGEMENTS: Per the family's request, family and friends are invited to meet at St. Francis Church 115 Wheeler Road, Dracut, MA 01826 on Friday, January 18,2019 at 10:00 AM. Burial will follow in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Lowell, MA. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to “Saint Francis Mother Teresa Homeless Ministry”, P. O. Box 609, Dracut, MA 01826.
