TEWKSBURY, MA- Stephanie S. (Slowik) Maciejewski, 93, passed away on Tuesday, October 2nd at Wingate at Belvidere in Lowell, MA. She was the beloved wife of the late John J. Maciejewski who passed away in 2007.

Stephanie was born in Lowell, on May 21, 1925. She was a graduate of Lowell High School.

Prior to her retirement, Stephanie was employed in the customer service department at the IRS. Mrs. Maciejewski, known as Baci to most, lived a full life, and enjoyed spending time knitting and baking for family and friends. She was a member of the Polish American Veterans Ladies Auxiliary, but most importantly, she loved and was loved so much by her family and those who knew her.

Stephanie is survived and will be missed deeply by her daughter Elaine Millen and her husband Stan of North Conway, NH; two sons John Maciejewski and his significant other Sheila Ingebritson of Tewksbury, and Steven Maciejewski and his wife Jacquelyn; grandchildren John Michael Maciejewski and his wife Shannon, as well as Kenny, Leah, and Sean Maciejewski; great-grandchildren Jack Duffy, Owen, and Michaela; and a daughter-in-law Karen Maciejewski and her significant other Jon Dolence of Charlestown. The family wishes to thank all of Stephanie’s caregivers at Wingate.

She was predeceased by her husband John, her son Michael Maciejewski, granddaughter Sarah D. Maciejewski, and two sisters MaryAnn Slowik and Josephine Forys.

ARRANGEMENTS: Family and friends are invited to pay their respects on Tuesday, October 9th, from 9:00-10:30 a.m. ash the DRACUT FUNERAL HOME, 2159 Lakeview Ave., DRACUT with her funeral mass to be celebrated at 11:30 a.m. at Saint William Church, 1351 Main Street Tewksbury. Her burial will follow in the Tewksbury Cemetery.
