LOWELL- Isabelle (Alves) Francisco, 92, passed away , Saturday, September 29th , she was the wife of the late Saul Francisco, who passed away in 1999.


Isabelle was born in Lowell, on March 3rd 1926, a daughter of the late Maria (Pereira) and Manuel Alves.


She was raised and educated in the Lowell School System. In her free time Isabelle was an avid knitter, she enjoyed Bingo and occasionally going to a casino. She also enjoyed ceramics in her youth. Even though she had all of these interests, her family is what meant the most to her. Spending time with her children and grandchildren is what she loved to do.


Isabelle is survived and will be deeply missed by her children; Raymond J. Francisco of East Wakefield, NH., Michael A. Francisco of Largo, Fl., Tony Francisco and his husband Phil Beaulieu of Methuen, David M. Francisco and his wife Cindy of S. Lawrence, Stephen Francisco and his wife Julie of Dracut, and Nancy A. St. Pierre of Dracut. She also leaves her sister Theresa Alves of Dracut and numerous grandchildren and Great-grandchildren.


Isabelle is pre-deceased by her two sons: Robert P. and Paul S. Francisco.


ARRANGEMENTS: Family and friends are invited to call on Tuesday, October 2nd, from 4 – 7PM in the DRACUT FUNERAL HOME, 2159 Lakeview Ave., DRACUT. Her funeral will be held on Wednesday, October 3rd from the funeral home at 8:45AM followed by her Funeral Mass to be celebrated at 10AM in St. Anthony’s Church, 893 Central St., Lowell. Her burial will follow in Saint Mary’s Cemetery.
