Obituary for Shannon Elizabeth Guthrie

Shannon Elizabeth  Guthrie
NASHUA- Formerly of Dracut, Shannon Elizabeth Guthrie, 33, passed away unexpectedly, Wednesday, April 25th. She was the beloved wife of David A. DuCharme, Jr.

Shannon was born in Lowell, on October 28, 1984 a daughter of Kim (Scott) and Thomas Guthrie. She was educated in the Dracut School System and graduated from Dracut High School, Class of 2002.

She was employed as a Hostess for the Smokehouse Tavern in Lowell and the Lanam Club of Andover. Everybody that knew Shannon would describe her as a loving and carefree person. She loved to travel, the outdoors, her music and she was an avid runner. Most of all she loved to spend time with her Nieces, Nephews and Godchildren.

Besides her husband, and her parents, Shannon is survived and will be deeply missed by her Siblings: Thomas Guthrie and his wife Vanessa of Lowell, Adam Guthrie and his wife Anna of Naples, FL., Jarred Guthrie and his wife Amanda of Swampscott and her sister Mellissa Guthrie and her partner Christopher of Port St. Lucie, FL. She also leaves her many Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.

ARRANGEMENTS: Family and friends are invited to pay their respects on Tuesday, May 1st, from 3-7PM in the DRACUT FUNERAL HOME, 2159 Lakeview Ave., DRACUT. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday, May 2nd at 9:30AM in St. Rita's Church, Mammoth Road, Lowell. Followed by her burial in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Lowell.
