Condolence: I met Jason at Best Fitness about 10 years ago when I became a personal training client of his. To date, my time with Jason is the only success I’ve ever had to lose weight and get fit. He never missed an appointment, always pushed me to complete the last rep, showed no mercy on an “off” day. Even though we lost touch after the contract ended, I’ve been telling people about him for the past 10 years and sharing the information and techniques he gave me. I will never, ever forget what he taught me about nutrition and fitness. After three kids, I need to get back to where I was when we’d meet every Saturday morning, and now I’ll be doing that in Jason’s memory. I’m so sorry for his family’s loss.
