DRACUT, MA – Patricia M. (Morneau) Leonard, 67, formerly of Dracut, MA, died unexpectedly on January 11, 2018. She is survived by her loving husband, David R. Leonard, with whom she shared 49 years of marriage.

Patricia was born in Lowell on March 17, 1950, daughter of the late Gertrude (Robitaille) and Lucien Morneau. She co-owned and managed several successful businesses, including, Dave’s Sheet Metal, Mrs. Leonard’s Candy, and Leonard Roofing Company all of which were located in Dracut.

She enjoyed cooking, golf, story-telling, and playing bunco. More importantly Patricia loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchild.

Along with her husband David, she is survived and will be deeply missed by her two sons, David Leonard and his wife Eileen of Lowell, and Dennis Leonard and his wife Antonia of Dracut; her three grandchildren, Kacey, Victoria, and Christopher; her great-grandchild, Carlos Cruz; her four siblings, Paul Morneau and his wife Noreen of Maine, Jeannette Coalter of Dracut, Theresa Morneau of Dracut, and Roger Morneau of Lowell; as well as many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her sisters, Anita Rondeau, Irene Morneau, Helen Desrosiers, and Marie Morneau.

ARRANGEMENTS: Relatives and friends are invited to pay their respects at the DRACUT FUNERAL HOME, 2159 Lakeview Avenue, Dracut, MA 01826 on SUNDAY, January 21, 2018 from 12 to 3 p.m. Her funeral will be held from the funeral home on MONDAY, January 22, 2018 at 9 a.m., followed by her Funeral Mass in St. Francis Church, 115 Wheeler Road, Dracut at 10 a.m. Interment in Tyngsboro Memorial Cemetery, Tyngsboro. Memorial donations can be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
